Location
All visitors to the school should report to the main reception in the first instance, unless otherwise instructed.
School Hours
Supervision commences: 8.30am
First bell - call to assembly: 8.50am
Morning classes: 8.55am - 11.00am
Lunch: 11.00am – 12.00pm
Middle session: 12.00pm - 1.40pm
Recess: 1.40pm – 1.55pm
Afternoon session: 1.55pm - 2.55pm
Dismissal: 2.55pm
Legally, the school does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children prior to 8.30am. No teacher will be on duty before this time nor after 3.15pm. For the first 10 minutes of the lunch break, children eat their lunch under teacher supervision.
Parents collecting children from class at times other than normal hours are requested to sign the register at the office. The same is effective for late arrivals.
Office hours during term
8.30am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday.
Not open during holidays.

Complaints Resolution
The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) and Our Lady of Victories Primary School are committed to providing a positive, safe environment for all staff and students. There are occasions, however, when members of our school and wider community are concerned about something happening at a school that appears to be unsatisfactory or unreasonable.
The CSO has formal written protocols in place to address complaints and grievances. These protocols are in line with the Diocesan Complaints Resolution Policy, developed to provide a consistent approach for all diocesan schools. This policy aims to address the concerns of parents and carers and the wider community. These concerns may include children’s learning, behaviour and welfare, school organisation and management, student health and safety issues.
